The great thing about essential oils is that they are so versatile !
With some drops of essential oils in your diffuser you can enhance the atmosphere in rooms and your home.
You can diffuse essential oils for a refreshing or relaxing atmosphere, some can support your concentration and others can help motivate you to work out.
You can diffuse essential oils that help to clean and clarify the room, and that accompany you in your meditation or that help prepare your children for bed.
Here are some ideas for diffuser blends:
good morning blend:
- add a couple of drops of Lemon Myrtle and a couple of drops of Orange essential oil
- Lemon and Balsam Fir
- Peppermint and Lemon
Happy Day Blend:
- add a couple of drops of Orange together with a couple of drops of Frankincense into the diffuser
- add a couple of drops of Orange together with Bergamot and 1 drop of Vanille into your diffuser
And the versatility does not stopp here. Of course you can use the oils in all kinds of areas of your life:
in your body care products, for babies and small children, for women’s issues, for men’s issues, for work out, while studying, while travelling, for your daily well being, in your household cleaners, for ageing, small and bigger animals.

Essential Oils for Women
Ah, voilà one of my favourite topics!
Essential oils can support us wonderfully on so many levels of our specific female nature and life.
From the menarche (the first monthly bleeding) and in the following years, when we bleed monthly, to pregnancy, birth up until the menopause and beyond, the oils can help to smooth, balance, harmonise, relax and empower on all levels.
Clary sage and Geranium, Rose and Jasmin, Ylang Ylang and romain Chamomille but also Fennel are just a few helpful essential oils.
Young Living also offers a great Serum Progessence Photo Plus, which helped me and many other ladies together with Clary sage to harmonise our cycle.
